  • Mark E. Minyard is named to the select Elkins Family Law Task Force by the Judicial Council of California (2008). The task force was established at the direction of the California Supreme Court Chief Justice, Ronald George, to study family law for 24 months toward a goal of addressing access to the courts for California’s citizens, maintaining due process and increasing the efficiency of the administration of family law in the courts. The task force is comprised of 38 Justices, Judges, court personnel and seven private practice attorneys. Mark Minyard was the only Orange County attorney appointed to serve on the task force.
