Scott Savage is an experienced Orange County family law attorney focused on helping clients navigate difficult family transitions with clarity, strategy, and steady guidance. Scott has been with Minyard Morris for over nine years and handles all aspects of Family Law matters, including child custody, move-away cases, and business valuation issues. Before practicing law, Scott worked as a teacher and was also business owner. These experiences shaped his ability to communicate effectively, manage conflict, and remain solution-oriented when emotions and stakes are high.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern, he was selected as a Dean’s Fellow, received the prestigious Witkin Award in Business Planning, and was a finalist in the school’s Negotiation Honors Program, distinctions that reflect his strength in preparation, negotiation, and advocacy.
Scott limits his practice exclusively to family law matters in Orange County. He served as an Executive Board Member of the Orange County Bar Association Family Law Section and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. He is also the Chair-elect for the Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation Associate Board, reflecting his commitment to the future of the legal profession and his dedication to the community.
Scott is a proud father of two daughters. He and his wife live in Newport Beach, where they enjoy spending time with family and friends and appreciating the lifestyle the area offers, including its beaches, restaurants, and local community.
