Michelle Ralph received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, majoring in Social Ecology, with a minor in Psychology. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law, graduating summa cum laude and Valedictorian of her graduating class. While at Western State College of Law, Michelle clerked for Justice Edward Wallin at the Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three.
Before joining Minyard Morris, Michelle practiced civil litigation for six years.
Michelle has exclusively dedicated herself to the practice of family law since joining Minyard Morris in 2001. She became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 2007 and has maintained her specialization certification.
Michelle was Included in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in America® for family law in Orange County (Top 5%)
Michelle found her calling in family law because she values the opportunity to support clients during one of the most difficult times in their lives, helping them navigate a complex legal system and reach a better place moving forward.
Outside of her family law practice, Michelle enjoys staying active through pickleball, which she plays for both exercise and friendly competition. She is an avid sports fan, especially devoted to her L.A. Rams and UCLA teams. Having grown up watching football with her father, Michelle now continues the tradition by cheering on the Rams and Bruins alongside her husband of twenty-four years and their adult son. She also enjoys attending live music concerts and traveling with her family.
