Biography

John P. Murillo earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles. During law school, John interned at a boutique civil litigation and criminal defense firm in Century City, the Los Angeles District Attorneys' Office, and a nonprofit immigration law center in the San Fernando Valley. John also participated in mock trial competitions, was a staff editor for the Criminal Justice Law Review, and was a member of the Hispanic law student's association.

Following law school, John practiced at a mid-size firm in Los Angeles where his focus was in labor and employment. After time in Los Angeles, John moved to Orange County where he practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm until he transitioned to exclusively practicing Family Law. John has since graduated from the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas where he has trained with some of the foremost experts in Family Law to hone and refine his trial skills. John works closely and strategically with his clients to ensure their case is handled with care and to the best of his knowledge. John is also an active member in the Orange County legal community

Mr. Murillo limits his practice to Family Law matters in Orange County.
