We are committed to hiring attorneys who are passionate about handling a full caseload, including those who thrive in the courtroom as trial lawyers and those who prefer working in our office. Interestingly, our team also includes seven lawyers who were civil litigators before joining our firm, showcasing the diversity of experience we value. We are interested in interviewing family law attorneys and also civil litigation lawyers who are rethinking their careers and have a desire to explore family law and the difference that family law attorneys make in the lives of their clients on a daily basis. We have found that civil litigation is an excellent perfect background for a career in family law, in that knowledge of the evidence code, the civil code, the code of civil procedure and discovery practice are fully transferable.

We are a final career destination firm. We do not hire lawyers with the strategy that they will be here for five years and then be replaced. We are not an “up or out” firm. We invest heavily in our people and plan on a very long term relationship.
